We are also very interested in apartment buildings and can work with you to purchase on the terms that make the most sense for you. If you need quick cash for your building, we can pay you all cash. If you would like to continue receiving a regular monthly income from your building for several years, we can perform extensive rehab work up front and pay you a competitive amount to finance.

We are not retail end users, so we cannot buy your property at a retail price.

Pay all cash. We have available funds at all times. You never have to worry about qualifying for financing or having your property tied up while someone looks for a hard money loan.

Take the property as-is. As a licensed general contractor, we can repair any kind of deferred maintenance that has accumulated on your property. You don’t need to spend your time and money getting your property ready to sell on the open market.

Close Quickly. We can close a deal in as little as one week. As soon as you are ready to sell, we can perform our due diligence and sign a purchase agreement, so that you can walk away happy with your check in hand.

Avoid Commissions. If you don’t currently have a signed listing agreement with an agent, you can sell directly to us and avoid paying as much as 6% of the sales price in commissions.
