Purchasing single family homes, income properties, commercial, or vacant land
My husband and I have known Ramon for many years through my aunt and so when we needed to completely remodel our home in 2006, it was an easy decision to hire his company. They redid the plumbing, electrical, flooring—basically the entire house, while somehow keeping the exterior true to its original mid-century style and making a 400 square foot addition that that feels like it was always a part of the house. It was one of the best investments we could have made.
A few years ago, I inherited a condo from a very good friend who had passed and rather than sell it, my husband and I wanted to use it as a rental. Now, my friend had always been very creative and over the years had transformed the condo into what was a very artistic and personal home, but an impractical one to lease to someone else. Once again we decided to call on Ramon to remodel and update the entire residence. Even though we had a limited budget to work with, the project was done quickly and beautifully. We were immediately able to find a wonderful family to move in and have been making money on this investment ever since.
Dear Maria Elena,
A heartfelt “thank you” for being instrumental in selling my mother’s property on Flower Street in Inglewood. You had no easy task convincing prospective buyers to consider that particular piece of real estate, and then to help obtain the necessary loan to acquire it.
For your effort, your diligent work, your real estate know-how, patience and endurance, I am really grateful. Let me assure you that it was a rewarding experience working with you.
Wishing you continuous success and more importantly God’s blessings for you and yours.
My mother passed away in July 2013 at the age of 93. She had owned an apartment building in Long Beach since 1978 (built in 1928). The building needed lots of work, due to deferred maintenance problems. Our family was not up to the task of taking care of the maintenance on the building, as well as dealing with a problem tenant in one unit. The City of Long Beach was also difficult to deal with since the building had numerous code enforcement issues to take care of.
We wanted the building to be sold “as is.” Ramon Lamelas came to look at the building and gave us a cash offer on the spot. We had a 10-day escrow, were very happy with the transaction, and everyone walked away happy.
As a tenant in one of the Mission Real Estate apartment buildings, not only are the actual apartments incredible, but so is the staff. Ramon Lamelas III, as well as his father, have been more than accommodating since before we even applied. Since we moved in, they have been responsive to all concerns and make sure the apartments are kept up to a very high standard. The maintenance staff is polite and professional whenever they visit. It’s obvious that Mission Real Estate takes pride in their properties and maintains them very well, because of this I can easily call this place “home.”
Just to say thank you, thank you for all the help in getting Dorothy’s house ready for sale. I will always be grateful to you for your kindness and all the help I received in getting this monumental task done.
Thank you again and God bless you,
